I'm Kirsten and I was born and raised in Texas, and have called Boston home the last 4 years. I picked up bass in December 2024 and couldn’t be more excited to be here!
Mj Hilty (bottom left)
"I'm MJ and I play the drums. My favorite part of playing music is creating a space for joy and expression for all. Folk music has a deep connection to expression and exploration on one's true feelings which is something I truly align with. Playing folk music with my friends can create that beautiful space that allows each audience member and player to escape from their busy minds."
Zach Hunhoff (top right)
I'm Zach and I grew in Minnesota and have always enjoyed playing guitar in a variety of styles from jazz to metal. I look forward to sharing our music with you.
Stella Fisher (bottom right)
I’m Stella, I sing and play piano! I have listened to folk music all my life, and have always loved the story telling aspect of it. One of my favorite artists said that folk songs tell the stories of the “social times and the people of your time, to chronicle it for history.” I am so excited to share these stories again with this group, especially in the times we live in now.
Henry Fisher (middle)
"I'm Henry and I play guitar and sing. I grew up around a lot of folk music from my parents and its always been an integral part of the music I enjoy listening to and created this group to share my love of this style with all of you and express myself through the music I love."
